“Talks Too Much” by Greg Chandler

Apr 20, 02:43 PM

“Talks too much” was once a measure of classroom conduct. If a student was too chatty, the teacher would inform parents that it was time to have a conversation with their child about controlling his or her communications. This is also a marker of one’s holy conduct. Throughout the Bible, numerous warnings are given about the dangers that speech poses. God warns that one’s speech is never to be weaponized against others. This sermon will explore some of these warnings, along with how one can make sure that holy conduct is being exercised in what is spoken.
