Colette Safhill lost her mother to alcoholism and suffered a lot of trauma as a child, she shares openly how difficult the little things were, its not always just the big stuff that makes an impact. Colette had a true rock bottom moment but got free from the alcohol trap and now runs Myth Drinks, a fabulous alcohol free drink with no additives or artificial flavourings.
