Find someone you trust to talk to says Coronation Street's Liz Macdonald as new figures suggest more than half of us wait more than a year to tell anyone when they have a mental health problem.
A survey published today's revealed that nearly 60% of people with a mental health problem wait over a year, to tell the people closest to them about it. The study, carried out by the campaign "Time to Change" had responses from nearly 6,000 people, who have direct experience of a mental health problems.
