Cooking with Claud: Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:
-- Butter, red potatoes, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, oregano, pepper, olive oil
Directions:
1. Put chunks of butter at the bottom of a pan and let it sit in the oven on low to melt the butter
2. Cut potatoes in halves then score each
3. Sprinkle cheese and spices to the scored side of the potatoes.
