ONE in three criminals in Stoke-on-Trent re-offend after they've been punished for a first offence.

BBC Radio Stoke's found that 28 per cent of offenders in the city return to crime, compared to 23 per cent in the whole of Staffordshire.

So what's being done to help prisoners avoid of life of crime when they leave jail?
