Social Development minister Nelson McCausland has announced plans for some cheap drink deals to be banned in Northern Ireland. It comes after 20-yr-old Joby Murphy drowned after a night out in the Odyssey last month.
The Belfast barman fell into the Lagan after drinking £1 vodka shots all night at the beach nightclub.
