The Cows are coming... 200 fibreglass cows costing £70,000. A way to brighten up our streets or a waste of money?

Parades here are often a cause for controversy but this summer there'll be one parade that's set apart from the rest. It won't be the sound of marching feet but rather the sound of marching hooves! The cow parade will see more than 200 fibreglass cows dotted around the city. £70,000 has been invested into the project. But what do you think? A way to brighten up our streets? Or a waste of money?
