Bank card fraud. Supt Duncan Greenhalgh speaks to BBC Surrey

Surrey is being targetted by fraudsters who call vulnerable residents and pretend to be a police officer. The resident is encouraged to call their bank (actually an accomplice to the first fraudster), who will arrange for their card to be collected by a courier.
