Drunk man calls 999 to request a cab

In the early hours of Christmas Eve, this man called 999 to ask us to call him a taxi. Needless to say this is not what 999 is for, and this call could have delayed someone with a real emergency getting our help.
Please only use 999 and 101 for #PolicingMatters.
