Movember speech - Lui from the Radio opens up about anxiety and depression

This is the real reason why I am taking part in Movember - I want to change the stigma attached with mental health and men. I want blokes to know it's okay to not be okay, and that it's extremely easy to get help, and get on the road to recovery.
