Please help: Do you recognise the music in the background of this TV Prog?

This is taken from the PBS documentary on the photographer Ansel Adams. The music reminds me of something I remember from an obscure tape in the '80s. I thought it was 'From Brussels with Love' but I've checked and it's not. Of you know what it is please let me know.
