A third of the entrepreneurs shortlisted for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 run tech-related or tech-dependent businesses. Can Ireland hope to unlock its true technological potential without universal access to high-speed broadband? Will its technological entrepreneurs be forced to move their companies and jobs to a few regions anointed with the blessing of fast internet connections?
