Big Brand or Empty Shop?

What do you think of "Pop up" shops? You know the sort of thing - they're usually short term businesses that 'pop up' in empty premises.

A "pop up" HMV has just opened in Barnstaple and in an empty shop in Totnes, in the very same place that Coffee Chain "Costa" wanted to open before changing their mind after there was an outcry from locals.
