The M23 has had to deny criticism that it was funded by #Rwanda an allegation authorities in Kigali have strongly dismissed. There've been unconfirmed reports of the M23's military chief Sultani Makenga and some other militants fleeing the border into Rwanda as the DR Congo army chased them from their positions.
