Why aren't there more bike racks in downtown Prince George?

Whenever you ride your bike somewhere, there's a few questions you have to ask:

what will you wear? what route will you take? where are you going to park when you get there? That last question can be difficult to answer if you can't find a bike rack. Jillian Merrick is a cycling advocate who estimates she's installed about forty racks over the past few years. She says it can be particularly challenging in downtown Prince George, where a number of factors including a lack of support are getting in the way.

We also visit Homesweet Home Grocery, where the owners have decided to put a bike rack indoors and found it's good for business.
