Roy "Chubby" Brown has apologised after being caught driving on the A19 while reading a newspaper.
The comedian, real name Royston Vasey, told Neil Green on BBC Tees: "I was in the wrong and I apologise. I've never been caught on the phone because I don't do that, I don't drink and drive, I try to abide by the law." http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-york-north-yorkshire-28880647

He should be banned from driving and made resit his driving test.
