In this music and speech documentary from the Vocal Chords team presenter Iarla O’Lionaird visits the acclaimed singer/song-writer Peter Gabriel at his home and studio in London. They talk about Gabriel’s own vocal journey and Iarla asks what singing means to Gabriel. In a diverse conversation Gabriel shares his vocal influences; from the Beatles’ ‘Love me Do’ and songs of the “Pakistani Pavarotti”, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan to Otis Redding and Nina Simone.
