Mad Paws Is Like Air BnB But For Your Pets!

I absolutely love this concept and I absolutely love the passion and drive by the team behind it. Mad Paws was created by a Sydney Start up to fill in the ever growing need in the pet boarding market. As a dog owner (2 bundles of joy) I recently had to leave my furbabys at a boarding service and while they we're well looked after the cost really hits your pocket.

Mad Paws, put simply is like AirBnB but for pets. Mad Paws assists pet owners in finding other passionate and trusted pet sitters when you have to go away.

What this means to you (the pet owner) is that your little doggy or moggy will get personal and loving attention, no cages or kennels and they will be looked after by a trusted and well vetted member of Mad Paws who checks in with you daily via text message with pictures so you know your loved one is doing ok.

Similar to eBay and other online services, you as the pet owner are fully protected. Emergency Support is offered by Mad Paws, secure and online payments and Mad Paws offers an Insurance policy that will cover you if certain accidents occur.

While Mad Paws is only relevantly new to the market, it's far more popular in the capital cities around Australia but with exposure to the right people, the network will grow into a safe environment similar to the human counterpart Air BnB. Browsing through the listings, there's a large array of people looking to care for your pets and an array of prices as well. While majority of the nightly fees to care for your loved pet is between $30-40 a night, there are some people who are retired and do it purely for the joy of having company and don't charge at all.

I believe this new service will be "pawesome" (sorry Dad joke) because myself as a pet owner would even consider looking after someone else's dog or cat while they are away. It's an opportunity for animal lovers to kick start their own pet minding service while making some money on the site.
