Should we be made to switch our smart-phones off whilst driving? That's what journalist David Conn thinks. He says people are so addicted they're incapable of leaving their mobile alone in their cars. David cites a recent case where a man killed a young woman while driving. The main cause of the accident was said to be use of a mobile phone. Is it a good idea? Or do you think we already have sufficient deterrents?
