Should there be a ban on pavement parking? Cars blocking the pavements can be a complete nightmare for many people. So an MP has tabled a Private Members' Bill which would make it unlawful anywhere in the UK to park on a pavement. This comes alongside the news that that 72% of people have been affected by vehicles parked on the pavement, and 45% have at some point been forced to walk onto the road.
