Sinn Fein may have struck a deal with the Stormont House Agreement - but they still face a fight to get an Irish Language Act over the line. Culture Minister Carál Ní Chuilín announced a public consultation yesterday, telling the assembly she would bring forward draft legislation at the beginning of February. But even though it formed part of the St Andrew's Agreement, the DUP have warned it has "zero chance of success". #bbcnolan
