Using Echoes to Get Around

How does a person who is blind “See” his environment? Many of us do it with our ears. I used to get annoyed when I heard the phrase blind as a bat. At some point in my life, I came to recognize that I definitely had some bat-like characteristics. My father helped me discover this very early in my life by watching me get around and then helping me figure out the magic of what I was doing with my ears. #echoes #blind #navigation
