A convicted sex offender from Northern Ireland has been awarded £20,000 in damages after he was named on a Facebook page set up to monitor paedophiles.

The judge, Mister. Justice Stephens, ruled that both Facebook and the man who operated the page were liable for misusing private information. We hear from Nolan audience members, and child protection expert Jim Gamble.
