Sinn Féin's 'no losers' pledge on welfare reform challenged

Stormont's controversial Welfare Reform Bill has passed its latest stage. It will extend a Westminster benefits shake-up to Northern Ireland. But Ministers here are planning to spend more than half a billion pounds over six years to protect claimants. That means top-up payments where benefits are reduced or halted. But Green MLA Steven Agnew claims it is "irresponsible to say no-one will be worse off".
