A poppy row has broken out in one of Northern Ireland's new supercouncils. It's over a plan to prohibit the sale of poppies and Easter lilies at Mid Ulster council facilities. Unionist parties have condemned the move. But Sinn Fein says "an environment of equality and neutrality" needs to be created at the new council.
