James Woolcock chair of the National Youth Debate Birmingham on the event's success

James Woolcock was chair of the Uprising National Youth Debate in Birmingham March 26th 2015. He was sat on a panel along with five other political parties and Paul Bradshaw, online journalist and blogger, spoke to an audience of young people about key issues of health, economy, employment and education for the upcoming general election.
