India introduces new measures to protect female travellers

The issue of women's safety is rarely out of the news in India. Recent attacks on Japanese tourists travelling around the world's largest democracy have once again highlighted the challenges facing female travellers. India is trying to tackle their concerns by increasing security at popular tourist sites. The BBC's Rahul Tandon has this report from Kolkata.
