So far this year, no official football games have been played at the Mané Garrincha stadium, built for the World Cup in Brazil's capital. Maintaining the US$900m stadium is costing the city US$350,000 a month, meaning it's trying to find new ways of filling the venue. First broadcast on BBC World Service on 3 April.
