Terrace RCMP target clogged traffic at Tim Hortons drive-thru

Commuters in Terrace often stop at Tim Hortons on their way to work. But the drive-thru lineup is snake out onto Highway 16, and it's blocking a LOT of traffic. The RCMP is getting involved, and we reach Cpl. Crack on the scene.
