Dario Villarreal is a graduate biomedical engineering student at UT Dallas. He's originally from Saltillo, in the northern Mexican state of Coahuila. He received a full scholarship from the Mexican government to attend school in the U.S., on the condition that he'd return to Mexico after his studies. #DMNBorder #UTD #Mexico
