Prince Rupert Councillor looks to re-branding buildings to deal with tax deficit

Prince Rupert city councillor Blair Mirau wants to rebrand the city's municipal buildings. Most of the structures in town are branded with names of important figures in the city's history:Those include Jim Ciccone, Peter Lester and Earl Mah. But Mirau is pitching corporate naming rights for these buildings in order to save taxpayers money. He puts his pitch to Carolina de Ryk.
