Blood and tears as Canadian Blood Services shuts down Prince George donation clinic

Thursday May 28 is the last day the blood donor clinic will be open in Prince George. Canadian Blood Services says the money it costs to operate the clinic would be better spent trying to attract new donors in larger cities like Vancouver and Kelowna. But for the people who work, volunteer, and give here, the news is devastating.
