#AudioMo: Fat to Fit at 47—Episode 16: Building towards a Foundation

At the moment, I'm still only running relatively short distances. In doing so, though, I'm finding out about new routes to run. Eventually, I'll have a catalogue of smaller circuits that I can combine into a series of changing 10k runs. My plan is to run 10k three or four times a week. That will form the base from which I'll build towards a marathon next year.
