Should police release photos of children suspected of rioting?

Lawyers for a Derry teenager whose photograph was published by the police in an attempt to identify rioters five years ago are to take their case to Europe after losing a Supreme Court challenge yesterday. It goes back to 2010 when the police printed images of dozens of young people they suspected of being involved in violence in the city. About 25-thousand leaflets were delivered to homes throughout the city; the photographs were also placed in local newspapers. Yesterday, the Supreme Court backed the right of the police to do this. But the legal firm representing the boy - who was 14 at the time - say they'll now try to challenge the ruling at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Barbara Muldoon is the teenager's solicitor. #BBCNolan
