Kitimat's modernization project splits some of the district's residents

The project keeps aluminum production at the eastern edge of the Douglas Channel. But it also means -- at least for now -- an increase in sulphur dioxide in the atmosphere and a decrease in the number of employees at the smelter plant. Carolina de Ryk speaks with former plant worker Raymond Raj.
