How do you get more business? In fact, how do you get any business? Seriously, if anyone knows, do let me know. I have some thoughts, of course: the topic of today's podcast.
Meanwhile, I was struck by an injury earlier today, fewer than ten paces into a run. It would have sidelined me for a few days—at least if I hadn't decided to see whether I could "run it off". 7.5km later, I've done it no good whatsoever. I suspect I won't be running for a week.
