Prince Rupert is removing "Stop Harper" stickers - should other cities do the same?

You may have seen stickers that turn stop signs into "Stop Harper" signs. They are popping up around the country, but in Prince Rupert city staff say they are vandalism - and taxpayers are footing the cost to have them removed.
