a Fabulous Musician Performing at a Local Culture Festival

My good friend Kim wanted to go for a picnic in a near-by city today, and she sure picked a good day to go! While we were there, we were fortunate to come upon a live music festival. We found a real gem there: a performer named Marie-Joelle van der Burtt. This recording is, alas, not nearly as complimentary as it should be, but I didn't have my Olympus with me, and even if I had, I wouldn't have been able to use it without being obvious. Kim bought Marie-Joelle's CD, and it's absolutely brilliant Celtic/folk-rock stuff. Here's a French song she did which is not on the CD. #festivals #live #Marie-Joelle #music
