A man called Paddy Lynas contacted the show. A few years ago Paddy got sick - and had to leave work. From there he spiralled into depression. But - just when he thought things couldn't get any worse - a letter landed on his doorstep from the Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke Association. Then, everything changed.
