Cities in B.C. have to pay more for DNA costs in criminal investigations, but is it worth the price?

Last year, B.C. communities with more than 5,000 people started receiving invoices for DNA tests conducted by local police. In Prince George the bill is more than $50,000, in Dawson Creek, Terrace, and Fort St John, it's near $25,000. We find out how cities are reacting, and then speak to an expert to find out if the increased costs are worth the price of fighting crime.
