Fred Faour and AJ Hoffman open The Blitz live from Sam Houston Race Park. They begin the first hour discussing the releasing of the NFL schedule, and go over the rankings of the GMs in the NFL. The guys also address the news that AMC has banned texting in their movie theaters, Cy Young winner Dallas Keuchel taking the mound against the Detroit Tigers, the early struggles of the Astros, Tubby Smith leaving Texas Tech for Memphis and Chris Beard ditching UNLV for Texas Tech shortly after being named UNLV coach weeks prior.
