French immersion could be on chopping block as districts look to cut costs

High school French immersion could soon be on the chopping block in parts of northern B.C. The Coast Mountain School District has offered French immersion for 30 years. But now, the cash-strapped district is coping with declining high school enrolment in Terrace, Kitimat, and the Hazeltons. Carolina de Ryk speaks with parent Shannon MacPhail about why this has her worried.
