A row over toilets is dividing America. It centres around transgender people and those that say they are non-binary. That's people who don't see themselves as either male or female. It's claimed the move will protect transgender people's dignity and safety. But others in America say it could offer a loophole to male sexual predators who want to gain access to women only places.
