'The growing myth of loyalist collusion'. That was the heading in a controversial article in the Newsletter at the weekend. Written by the paper's deputy editor Ben Lowry, it followed the Police Ombudsman's report on the UVF Loughinisland massacre. The Ombudsman concluded that there has been collusion. But Ben Lowry argues that what he calls the "sweeping" meaning of collusion needs to be re-examined.
