It's summer, and business is picking up for many food trucks around the province. Festival-goers and office jockeys alike are buying meals from these kitchens on wheels. Luke Houlden is the owner of the Pita Pit in Terrace. He's worried that the increasing number of food trucks will drive his business into the ground.
