Toddlers like to be the centre of attention and tantrums are definitely a way to get noticed. But one mum insists that a different approach is needed. Georgina Fuller told the Daily Mail to ignore tantrums, and let children be boisterous. She says 'healthy neglect' parenting helps children become more independent! So is a more 'hands'off' parenting the way to go?
