Police refuse to take down Billy Wright poster in Dungannon, saying it is a balance of rights of one community over the other - are they right?

A poster of loyalist killer Billy Wright in Dungannon glorifying murders - but the PSNI say they won't take it down not every one will find it offensive. Under a picture of Wright it says "I would look back and say Cappagh was probably my best". That's a reference to the murder of four men in a bar - three IRA members and one civilian - in 1991.
