Former Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff says he and his family are "overjoyed that justice has finally been served" now that criminal charges including bribery, extortion, obstruction of justice and official misconduct have been dismissed. However, Judge Elizabeth Hruby-Mills did not rule on Shurtleff's own motions, meaning he could be stuck paying attorneys fees.
