Driven to distraction by rock breaking at house building site - @nweir1 reports

Residents living in Old Forge Lane in Newtownards say they've been subjected to loud construction noise for weeks. A development of 100 homes, was approved by Ards and North Down Council earlier this year with plans for a further 900 homes on the 100 acre site. But since work started at the site on the Movilla Road, residents say rock breaking noise has been starting as early at 7.45 and doesn't stop until 6 at night.
