Prince Rupert woman demands answers after endoscope wasn't cleaned properly

A Prince Rupert woman is demanding answers about how her local hospital cleans its tools. An endoscope, used to look inside noses and throats at the Prince Rupert Regional hospital, wasn't properly cleaned for over a month. Joan Dudoward was one of over one hundred people affected by the error.
